Animal Collective - "Leaf House" (May 18, 2009 - Royal Oak, Michigan)

I would've liked to have recorded many others, but this was technically a 'no camera' show. I did sneak this one out, though. Also, "Fireworks" and "Slippi" among many of the Merriweather tracks were spectacular at this show.

Why would this be a 'no camera' show?

Animal Collective needs all the recognition it can get. I had never heard of Animal Collective before seeing this video.

If I was in this band, I would encourage everybody attending my shows to bring cameras or camcorders. I would want as many folks as humanly possible to know how talented my band is.

Animal Collective has a different type of sound to their music, but they're unique and really good.
