Toyota announce one day a massive recall, the very next day General Motors is airing on television commercials exploiting the recall. Coincidental? Hmmmmm?
Chrysler and General Motors are basically owned by the U.S. government which is currently controlled by the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party and the Obama administrating beholding to the unions. The United Auto Workers union has Toyota in their cross-hairs because Toyota factories in the United States are not unionized.
This contributes to two reasons the Democrats in Congress are exploiting the Toyota recall. Toyota is a Government Motors competitor, and to please the United Auto Workers union. This is nothing but exploitation by the Democrats and the UAW.
Toyota's President Akio Toyoda and Toyotas chief executive of North America Yoshimi Inaba have been called before Congress. This is an attempt to increase the sales of General Motors and Chrysler automobiles while hurting Toyota sales.
According to the following website:
http://auto-recalls.justia.com/
American made automobiles have more recall incidents than Toyota. Yet the Democrats are show-boating Toyota. It stinks.
Toyota produces reliable automobiles and Japan and Toyota are owed an apology for this shameful attack upon their honor by the Obama Administration and the Democratic Party.

@guinmaan i have an 07 corolla. 108,000 miles. all i put into it was tires, fluids, and brakes. even my clutch is original. now i am a GM and ASE certified tech at a local GM dealer. GM has huge problems with fuel pumps, fuel level sensors, water pumps and coolant crossover gaskets on ur 3.5 and 3.9 L engines( impala, buick lacrosse/lucerne) not to mention a new recall almost every week on EVERY model they make. and these cars are 07 thru 09's!

@Howie262 dont forget toyota is notorious for not issueing recalls, infact ive read elsewhere that Toyota would have more recalls then GM if they actually issued them. Toyota for decades has done everything it could to cover up problems and issues with its vehicles for fear of tarnishing its image. These are facts and both these companys continue to get busted. they actually spend tons of money to try and cover there tracks so they dont have to issue recalls.

@camry01 you did say roger and me right?? maybe i got the name wrong. but when that came out. chrysler just bought out amc here in kenosha, and chrysler had turned several towns in michigan into practicly ghost towns.. we had a big deal and was gonna sue them because lee iococa ( i know i misspelled it) was gonna break the contract here they had with the city. and i remember them advertising it around the same time.. and either way your still a dumbass for following rush and beck. so bite me
