@dallasstars123..... that is true, David Buehler is the kicker you are talking about. Just know that Buehler was recruited as a linebacker/fullback which is what he played at Santa Ana JC. He just so happened to do the kicking at Santa Ana as well, and ended up being a top kicker in the nation while attending USC.
