Arteriovenous malformations may lie dormant or cause bleeding or seizures. In this clip, Babu Welch, MD, removes a superficial, accessible AVM that has no deep venous drainage from a non-eloquent brain location. You will see him coagulating arteries as he moves circumferentially and gradually deeper around the lesion.
