  • You think so? I always get that. People always think I look like someone else. I guess I'm not that "special" LOL!

  • I would think you could add flavoring to it. I put it in between the cake layers, iced it, then put fondants over it and I did not refrigerate it after that. Hope that helps!

  • I will certainly try and do another video on this. I've got some projects I have to get done first and when I'm free of that I will do it.

  • Bavarian Cream Filling 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin & 1/2 c cold water (set aside) 4 egg yolks stir in 1/2 c sugar and 1 pinch salt (set aside) boil 2 c milk mix eggs, sugar and salt into warm milk add vanilla in gelatin then run thru strainer then add gelatin mix to sugar and egg mix whip 2 c heavy cream to medium stiffness and fold in gelatin and sugar mixture then refridgerate until ready to use. Hope this helps. Thanks for asking. Kristine

  • Looking for a cola bavarian cream, can I add flavoring to this recipe? Also does it have to stay refrigerated once the cake has been finished? Thanks.

  • That's a nice image.

  • Thank you, Christine. It looks delicious and just what I am looking for. I want it to fill chocolate eclairs. But I will halve the mixture. It looks like it might produce more than I can use at the moment. There are only three of us. But if my efforts go down well I will make them for visitors as well. :-)
