Belts are only important on establishing a name and reputation for a boxer as they move up in their career. Once they reach and win mega fights then it's all about money and bragging rights and not about a leather belt. At the elite level, fans want quality matchups and not a boxer's resume.

wrong there's no 147 lbs belt the belt is a welterweight champ belt, and it's for 141-147 lbs class
so 145 lbs is a legit weight to defend the title
