Paint Tool Sai Coloring Tutorial Package Free to Download

How to open the file:
-after you download it, pull the Tuto folder directly from the zipped file and place it on your C drive, D drive, or whatever drive (there will be problem if you put it in the desktop sometimes, depending on what language of windows you are using).
-after you place it in your drive, use firefox/IE to open it. If you can't open it, go to flash player official site and download the latest version of flash player (flash player 10).
This should work fine.

It is a step by step tutorial on coloring each part of a character~ And the model character is from monster hunter

I hate megaupload. It won't let me download the file. It says that I have exceeded bandwidth when I haven't even downloaded anything yet. Then it tells me to wait seven mins and try again.
