Checking form at 205 lbs. I've hit 100 kg in the past, but, after the long break I took, I've been stuck back here for a while, so I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I can pull this weight anytime I try and it goes up pretty fast, so I'm wondering what's the problem at 225 lbs.

I notice I'm splaying the feet somewhat rather than squatting down to catch. In slow motion, I'm seeing that I break at the elbows right after the double knee bend. Consequently, my shrug and extension also looks pretty weak. I still need to learn to finish the pull and do it aggressively. Working some flip cleans / cleans from the high hang might help...

Excuse the jerk. I was splitting up to this point, but then I decided to push jerk at the last second, which is why the footwork is funky.
