@bvang09, i think the limit is 20 per person in north dakota. i bought my fishing license every year but never fish. i went with families and friends just fun.

THis nice....I would do the same thing just like this uncle...We hmong will do anything to catch fish or shot a wild pig....I wish all of us hmong can just do this, instead of cheating and going to laos for young wife and young boys...
