Geminids - December 12- 13 2009 local time

The last major meteor shower - Geminid put out a decent pre-peak activities and the sky was pretty decent with major stars of constellation visible LM visual ~ 2.5 due to the presence of layers of cloud. A short duration under the sky yields no counts so I let the system to capture the meteors instead. I did parallel processing in the background to ID Gems vs others. Just for the fun of it every time a meteor ( majority Gems) got detected, i checked the options to allow the software to play a wav file of your choice. The audible sound prove useful... to gauge the arrival rate.
There were obvious lull in activities not sure whether the clouds were responsible. Arrival rate of Gems and others as follow:
