this is not original recipe for karai chicken ..b'coz here in bulgaria all spices is not available and i am making my food easy for people easy recipe so they can have indian food and they can make at home in easy way ........recipe should be simple and the rest is taste this is in your magic hand :) enjoy

@2221971 You had to bring your religion on this show. Pak has been in existence for only 63 years, meanwhile Karahi Chicken has been out there much longer. To say that this is a Pakistani dish is absolutely illogical and ignorant. I know my history of the Subcontinent, even as a Bulgarian.

I tried this recipe.It is awesome.Somewhat related to kadhai paneer but it works.Good work chef.

Karhai chicken is a Pakistani dish & when many Hindus started to eat meat & chicken, took this dish & made their amendments as most Hindus r vegetarian. The meat eaters in India r mostly Christians and Muslims and they r famous for non veg dishes.

I like the recipe but please...that's not hot Kadhai Chicken is made. The chef could have given it another name.
