AWESOME STORY. Size and species did not matter. Thanks for sharing this great tale of two animals. They know how to love.

this's just wonderful, amazing..it made me smile..so sweet..how can they make friends, understand each other without a single "WORD" ,?but people, even talking to one another, still don't understand ..so what's the problem?.
this dog and elephant are blessed, they've got an UNCONDITIONAL LOVE,
i think Silenzio is everything they GOT indeed, and that's what they share ...
ONE lOVE LAW ..LOVe is possible only between two souls,no matter in which form they're in!

This is a great story! And I hate to nitpick for no reason but this not "no reason". There is no A at the end of vice in the phrase vice-versa. A minor point true but if journalism majors cant even get it right, how can we expect our kids etc to get it right? Its the kind of thing that gets perpetuated because one person hears someone else say it & on down the line until half the country is saying "supposibly" or "ex-cetera" instead of "et cetera" - c'mon steve, u can do better.
