  • @ypenburger Generally recommended that you do lower reps with additional weight to gain size and strength. Therefore, I'd say 12 with more weight would be more productive (Y)

  • how many reps should I do for my legs.. 20 or 12 (with more weight) ??

    I have started doing the "pssst" way myself because it feels better.. i think :P

    

  • can I ask you a silly question Scott? Why do you breathe out like that in that sort of focused "pssst" way? I just kinda breathe out in a grunt lol, and then my mouth gets REALLY dry. Which is better?
