@ypenburger Generally recommended that you do lower reps with additional weight to gain size and strength. Therefore, I'd say 12 with more weight would be more productive (Y)

can I ask you a silly question Scott? Why do you breathe out like that in that sort of focused "pssst" way? I just kinda breathe out in a grunt lol, and then my mouth gets REALLY dry. Which is better?
