@thichthongtrang2008 You have a different paradigm. Islam did not begin in 622 Ad. According to Muslim beliefs, Adam, Abraham, Jesus etc were all Muslims

Buddhism existed about a 1000 years BEFORE Islam.......dude-you got it mixed up. Buddhist do not pray to anyone-the symbolization of the kneeling is a way to show respect. and finally, "Buddha" is not a god-it is a state of mind. it translates as "the awakened one"

Muslims believe that Islam existed at the time of Abraham and he was a Hanafi (pure Muslim)--in fact the Quran clearly says that Abraham was neither a Muslim nor a Sabin, he was a Muslim". @azrael407 Yup azrae i get sick of these muslims comparing buddhism to islam just to use buddhist stature for their own pleasing. Buddhist dont believe in the giant man living in the skies who kills all infidels, Nor do they worship out of fear of the giant man. Nor are buddhist after the mission of converting everyone by any means. all i wish is muslims learn a little about other religions before jumping into conclusions

we don't pray to God or to the Bouddha. "Kotama" (the Bouddha) was born as the ordinary man, getting old and died like other human being. What he taught is the truth of the world--or Dhamma. This is the body language to show our faith and respect. In some countries such as Bhutan they even lay down on the ground to show their highest respect.

Buddhists comes first than Islam. So it is wrong to say Bhuddhist pray like Islam.  Islam comes last after all great religion in this world and I just don't why they always like to claim other religion follows them, so stu....

with all due respect.........Buddhism existed more than 500 years before Christianity and Islam we know came later than Christianity so can be and it should be said that MUSLIMS pray like BUDDHIST's not vice versa, because Buddhism taught the way of life way before ISLAM existed........so it can be said that Islam might have been influenced but Buddhism not vice versa......:)

There is no similarity between them and muslims. Muslims worship one Allah while these people are bowing to statues which mushrikeen always do weather they are buddhists, hindus, or shinto.

Assalamualaikum brother I think you mistranslated the word HANAFI the follower of imam ABU HANIFA is called HANAFI & there's no such a word PURE MUSLIM
