Talking outdoor warning siren

This is a Federal Signal Modulator MOD5020 which is an electronic voice capable siren. At least 4 Thunderbolt 1000T mechanical sirens are heard in the background. They were all removed earlier this year.

Wow, the voice is amazingly clear on that Mod! It sounds really garbled over the ones here on the air force base.

You practically have to be right next to them to understand the voice, let alone hear it at all. The mods here have been up about 9 months and this is the first time I've been able to clearly hear the whole voice message.
