movie is not to be missed. Actor who filled in for Mario (he got fired off the set for ?? reasons, probably either his weight or his hot temperatment), that actor does a gr8 job lip synchrnonizing with Mario's awesome singing.

@arizonabay6 you're beautiful arizonabay. In 1959, in Mexico City, we opened up a New York Times ... that's strange ... Mario Lanza's handsome youthful face ... on the obit page! Huh?! My grandmother, who had twice heard Caruso at the Met, and along with my mom, had played me Caruso and Lanza singing on LP's, got this deep sad look and just sighed. I spent years just KNOWING that Mario Lanza was going to re-appear and sing for us again.
