  • @Bnesque I forgot to mention now Osmolikina is matured into a great interpreter and not so strength driven, she could do it for me now. Wish they cast her again in this role!

  • @mrlopez2681 Of cource I didn't see everything just a commercial DVD over and over and some live when they came to Japan like with Zelensky/Mkhalina or Kuznetsov changed power politics TV film and some with Batalov's last appearance but no one was convincing enough. I went to see them when they listed Obraztsova as G but she just danced small fragment in Jardin. I have slight hope on Selia or Stepanova but this could remain just a dream.sigh...

  • @Bnesque - or maybe you've watched the commercially available DVD over & over & nothing else.

  • @tutus4life Even the way she begged some help and justice, the way she refused the approach was so sweet, no one could not help falling in love with that fragile creature, Gulinara/Pankova. sigh....

  • @tutus4life Yes her performance was magical. At first she was a little abducted girl so frightened, scared by the strangers and her fate. When he dancing progressed she happened to find out her enchanting power over the guys, was amused a bit, and began to show her coquettery more, Still she couldn't handle the pressure of the situation, so she got fainted in the hand of her slave dealer.

That's the way I need see Gulinara, I miss Pankova so much!!!!!!

  • @Bnesque O I know exactly what you mean I miss it too

  • russianballetvideo, do you know what's with Osmolkina? I know she was injured, but she wast casted in one of Little Humpbacked Horse, so I thought she's ok now, but now I see she's been replaced by Somova, so it seems to be something serious.

  • Osmolkina is such a strong dancer.

But I still miss the interpretation of fragile vulnerable Gulnara of Pankova.

    Maybe I'm too nostalgic...
