  • ive had the pleasure of officiaing games with several nfl and college officials. I always wanted a no bull evaluation of how I did on the field I never took it personnaly. The calls we make on the field could determine a teams season. There are now strict guidelines in place for grading officials. Every aspect of the game is looked at with a microscope and thier eval shows that. We are put in a situation you r dammed if u do dammed if u dont there r just times when they r not in good positon

  • Yes there are alot of bad refs in the NFL!

  • @kent504 Be my guest - post some videos showing bad calls in favor of the vikes.

  • @RobdaVegasMailman: Why would "stat freaks" compare returns? Saint's had 6 and Minnesota only had 2 KR's. The punt return yards were to worthless to accumulate. If both teams each had 6 KR's, I'd put my $ on Percy Harvin. Your Farve comment was dead on. The Vikings are going into their 50th season and Farve managed to throw the worst pass in their history. All he needed was 17 games to do it. I predicted that exact pass the morning I saw Farve @ camp. I predict he'll do it again in '11 too.

  • @SoberFoe37 Yep. Minnesota dominated the Saints in the TO battle, can't disagree there. LOL

That's one of the reason for the yardage discrepancy. The Saints 2 TD drives in the second half only covered 44 total yards.

Notice also the stat freaks don't bother to bring up the Saints' huge edge in the return yardage category. Both the first 2nd half TD and the game winning FG in OT were due to huge returns on the opening kickoff.

Finally, blame Favre for throwing perhaps the DUMBEST pass ever.

  • Look up the game stats. All Minnesota. Turnovers cost the Vikings an easy win but they shouldn't have cost them the game because the Saint's #1 ranked offense couldn't get anywhere with the ball. Saint's needed: 6 turnovers, divine intervention on three calls in OT, home field advantage, and a 12 men in the huddle penalty to win the game.

  • First of all, the NFL fined McCray because he didn't avoid hitting Favre despite being PUSHED by a Viking Reciever.

In Essence, the play wouldn't have been overturned because FLAGS would've been thrown all over the play.

  • NFL officiating Chief ( Mike Pereira) admits it s crew blew a key call in NFC championship game effecting final outcome. ( See $20,000 fine on Bobby Mccray) This is not open for discussion. Weather you believe the Vikings deserve to lose or not. The NFL has acquiesced on the blown call, giving the Saints the win. In essence the NFL said "HEY WE BLEW IT...SORRY"

There is nothing to be debated here if you are a Vikings or a Saints fan ! PS Artie is out of Philly!

  • Stop Whing like a little Bitch viking fans. You f@gs got away with a lot of shit but you don't see us posting videos.

  • The bad PI call in OT didn't decide the game. It was first down! Everyone likes to say they "gave" the game there. Hello? It was first down!

No, you can't see all the calls that you got (or didn't get) during the game when it wasn't in your favor. Remember 08 MNF? Ring a bell? You guys went on to the playoffs (lost) and laughed at us because we complained about the bad calls (and no call) during that game. So whine all you want. It will make me happy!
