I sometimes get a really weird feleing in my legs, like tingling. it's normally when I'm starting to feel tired.
Unfortunately I can't really go about walking to get rid of it because if I sit up too soon I go dizzy and then when I stand I often feel incredibly faint aha. Also any movement makes my hunger worse (regardless of how much or recently I've eaten. lol what a list... Stretching in bed helps for a few seconds, it eventually goes. I find if I get this I'm actually more likely to sleep.
