Well, see the thing is, the humor that they use for the show is dry humor. It's not really Ha ha ha!! Funny. But you get a few chuckles in. This show is basically a Parody of a British educational show in the Seventies. I'll admit though, this particular episode is not all that funny, but if you saw some of they're other episodes like "Music", you might like it a little.
