He could have potentially lived to be 100 then if he had of excersized regularily. Reasearch shows not only does excersize increase mood, physical health, strength, ability, but it also keeps muscles younger for longer. Research biological-age.

Exercise is not only good for your health but your entire well being. It is proven that exercise releases hormones that increases your mood and overall body in a positive way. Exercise relieves stress. Stress can cause many medical problems. Some people just live long and are lucky at that. My point is, don't state that exercise is a waste of time. Maybe you aren't as lucky as your father and might have to exercise in order to live to 88+

Working out is an insipid waste of time. This hysteria that's been spread in the general populace about "working out" is nothing more than a huge commercial racket. My father never worked out a day in his life and he's going on 88. Other people I've known who jogged everyday and hit the gym regularly have died young! Music and poetry and art are what REALLY keep everyone "fit."

I wouldn't stay in the steam room for too long, it's not healthy. I think the best is to go 15 min and then cool off somewhere and then you can go in again. But staying in too long without cooling off is unhealthy. You should google it for specifics :P
rice stir fry for dinner( you can chicken ) fiber in the morning to keep you more regular ( some bran muffins all bran cereal ) if you are going to run or jog id say that you should walk fast instead. all diet pop. (pop contributes to about 15 pounds of weight gain per person average each year). crystal light is lovely. walking to school or w/e just walk faster and burn more calories :)
