He is the only member in Congress or the Senate that understands the way economics work and how monetary and economic policies can destroy a system. I don't understand why more conservatives and republicans (because liberals never will) haven't studied Mises, Friedman, Hayek etc. to educate themselves on matters of Economics so they could run the damn economy better stay out of the way.
