@MrTxutxi you have to know that the economy mellila and ceuta is based totally on moroccan importations.. if the frontiers were closed.. theirs populations would die from hunger... thus spain proposed durant financial crisis to let all moroccan enter without papers to the colonised cities but moroccan authorities refused.. as a consequent umployment reaches 30pc (source: ec.europa.eu) .
