在練習太極拳時頭頂上放置一罐水,訓練中心軸的穩當,一開始練的時候,真的走無幾步瓶罐就滑落,何況又在太極拳架上運行,難也!難也!在練太極拳的時後,頭部都會有壞習慣行為,同之平衡感不好的相對由此訓練,亦可改善。
經驗談,一開始只注意瓶罐不要倒下,多次都失敗,經過這幾天訓練所感應的成果,心得是這樣的,經瓶罐放上後時,以調整好的適感。
重點就是在這裡,瓶底與頭皮的接觸感,分其感受微沉之意,有相對領之,上下對稱之引感,隱隱的感觸,那就能使瓶罐服貼不滑,心越去反應滑落,其就更難成功。
剛初學先從直走小慢步練習,在轉彎動作,下蹲上立,腰轉變化。
在進入太極拳架,那就事半功倍。
感受到更細心的練習,是另一種互補太極拳的缺失情況。
應該在快速動也能穩固,在此影片裡的打第二金剛搗碓時,有加速逗了一下,也穩固了,在演手肱拳就難也,在這演手肱拳試過好多次,都不成功,在昨天在試驗雖沒倒下而瓶子稍微傾斜。
當然要安排整套拳路,要去掉沖跳,微發勁的快速動作,應該是可以的。
