It is a wind-up doll. You just turn the key, and the music moves while the doll plays. An expert can make them run smoother, so can regular use. But the doll is such an oddity he can stay as he is, slow gears and all. Thanks for watching. :)

I got mine on Ebay. I bought him without a box or papers so I could save some money. Oddly he by himself all the time. I guess he got good and overwound once. :)

I know it's been over a year, but can you tell me how much you paid for the doll? I have a chance to get one and I don't know if the price is realistic. Thanks.

Hi! I paid $70 US for him. He had no box or papers. Most dealers charge up to $200 US. For that price it should have a box, papers, and work perfectly and be in excellent condition. You'll notice mine runs a tad slow for moving. Best of luck on your auction! :)
