Glidecam HD4000 test with the Sony EX1 Camera

Today I took the new Glidecam HD4000 and the Sony EX1 camera for my first test run in Goodale park with my friends Jason and Michael.

The Glidecam stabilization system took about 45 minutes of balancing for the 1st time, but once balanced, the results really shine through.

Drawback-- it is HEAVY! Awaiting the vest connector for the future which helps carry the load.

@jbraly I don't know if your question has been answered or not. But I think the shot got away from him due to inexperience with that particular model? I'm sure with plenty of practice you'll be able to keep a steady shot? :)

Just the video I needed to see. Looking at getting a glidecam. But it did look like the shot got away from you at 1:04. Was the reason due to the glidecam or stepping in a mole hole? :)
