This whole bailout crap is nothing more than the privately owned Federal Reserve and IRS trying to save itself. The government goes to the Federal Reserve, they print the 700 billion out of thin air, the fed takes it's cut of the money, loans it to the government, government spends it and makes everyone think it has to pay taxes to pay it back. Who or what exactly is getting paid back? It was printed out of thin air which just devalued the existing money, which in reality is a tax. We're screwed

But compare the wealth and background of Bush,Cheney and McCain to that of Obama and Biden. The GOP has always been about Big business.

Look at Henry Paulson, he's the 2nd richest person to ever serve in the exec branch. #1 was Nelson Rockefeller. Paulson is doling out billions to his buddies. These guys(GOP) use gov't to enrich themselves. But the Dems allow them to get away with it, so they're just as guilty, or they're stupid or both.

Before Obama even got elected.

I know there are crooks in both parties, but the vast majority are GOP. Do I really need to list the indicted criminals for you?

I can start with Abramoff, drop 30 names and end with Ted Stevens.All GOP! Enron,Exxon,Haliburton,etc.

But yeah, I'm disappointed with Obama picking the Status Quo for his cabinet. Then again, if he put a bunch of inexperienced people in there, he would catch hell for that also.
