GTA IV Freezing

That's like 6th time tooday. It mostly freezes when im trying to complete some of the missions. When im driving around town only roads disappears(not always but they do).
Ill try to record some more videos.

@Quacko69 Yes, when I bought my new pc it came with faulty ram, so they had to replace it.

I hate it. For me, I'm just walking around, then the game freezes, for about 1 second, then it unfreezes, then the sound has gone completely silent. The volume is up, and so is the in-game volume. I turned the TV volume up to 60, all I heard was fuzzing. It hasn't frozen yet, remember. Now, two things can happen. It either completely freezes, or this: I start a mission, and it stop loading. It loads and loads and loads and loads. I had my PS3 on that loading screen for aboout half an hours well!

I can't do anything, I can only turn off the computer on the buttom, on the computer.. I'm gonna cry.. help me..
