fyi, steel is a metal. It is definitely a solid armor type, but if VD6 was in top shape it would take the hits better then any other robot out there. 90% plastic all the way!

Hey WarMachine. As a member of Team Think, I'll tell you that the body/frame out our robots are actually a combination of fiber glass, kevlar, and carbon fiber all epoxied together in resin. We built VD6 for Battlebots where it fought well, but we didn't have time in between that event and this event to do all the repairs we wanted on VD6 (remake the front armor/re-attach the nutserts inside the shell, etc).

and VD 6 armor looked like it
was made of fiberglass or somethin
if u want good armor metal and steel
is the way to go, they should have known they wernt gonna make it very far with that
stuff on their bot
