Have you ever feel exhausted while playing in a good game of badminton especially in a match? One of the reasons is because of your level of fitness. Here is one excercise which can improve your fitness thus improving your game. Moreover it is fun.

  • so... triple skips are no-no?

    I've been skipping since 14, and my father encourage double skips. I do do countless singles and no more than 80 double under. I recently challenge triple skips and can go up to nine time at max, it puts nearly 5 times more pressure on the legs compared to doubles... and I have to admit that doing triple over 80 time (not in one go) got my legs hurting for several days.
