  • I am a very straight person in the sense that I don't have debts, loans or credit cards. I only use debit card (very wisely). Somehow, HSBC still manages to fuck up my life. They blocked my access to internet banking a few times. The last incidient, they even blocked my card. I was interrogated for hours in the HSBC local branch. HSBC is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

  • @deftjay1 If you wolud like to contact me concerning your complaint, I will do all that I can to help you.

    Kind regards

  • HSBC is cheating very Big Time. 2 yrs Ago I was using credit Card and suddenly one day I see my Statement Showing a outstanding Amount as 49,000 Rs, I did contact HSBC customer Care and requested my 6 months statements and complained the FRAUD to them. Till date they havent taken any action on it and I have multiple Mails sent Each time I receive calls from the to them on proof of FRAUD from HSBC. And now suddenly they have come with amount of 1, 22, 000 RS.See the Difference and Level of FRAUD.

  • HSBC big time fraud people, They have cheated me while paying settlement and after one year when i applied for the loan i came back to know that i need to pay rs 38,000 to clear the CIBL entry. HSBC plays with customer by use of CIBL.Michael helped me in getting cleared from CIBL and i got the compensation too. Thanks Michael.

  • HSBC's agenet in New Delhi harrased me to limits. They even threatened to include my name in CIBIL. I paid the undue dues to HSBC but name in CIBIL remained. If it was not for Michael, i don't know whom i could've turned to since all HSBC bigwigs had turned deaf ears to my problems. Thanks to Michael once again and will remain forever indebted to him for his help and support.

  • HSBC reported my name on to CIBIL as a defaulter even after closing the account with them.Mr. Micheal Mason Mahon helped remove my name from CIBIL as defaulter.

  • . Finally I file a case against them and get my full amount back after a year but the question remains, who will pay me the money for the pain and mantel harassment I have gone through when my account balance was 0 and was totally helpless to survive my family for a month…..I’ll never suggest to any Indian to go for HSBC. Go for government banks only like SBI, PNB, UCO, Illabhad …etc but stay away from HSBC

  • Now the big question for HSBC is, if outstanding amount was Rs. 27000/- then how can they deduct Rs. 39000/- also after a month they deducted Rs. 1000/- again. I keep calling their customer care center and keep visiting bank branches but each time they behave in a very bad manner.

  • here is little story with HSBC

My company open my account with HSBC after some time I receive a message from HSBC stating that I have taken a cc and outstanding amt is approximate Rs 27000/-. Very next day I went to back to investigate and ask to provide me all the details and bank was failed to provide me same. Next day the deducted Rs. 39000 from my account and made my account balance to 0, I was helpless to survive my family for the month because no money in my account.

  • Michael, thanks for your great work!! :-)
