Quickly Fillet a Salmon

Yes it's not the cleanest environment, yes you might have a problem with my rings, knife, cloth, wooden table, chickens, etc., personally I don't care. I'm teaching how to fillet a salmon, if you don't like my video there's a little x in the corner you can hit. :)

I've tried several different ways to fillet salmon and have finally found the best way for me :) If you have a hard time here's a simple and easy way to quickly get the job done.

this is much nicer than doing inside in the kitchen because u can wash down the table with a hose then bleach it. Do the chickens like any of the scraps? Any way I do my salmon inside which is a huge pain in the ass. I dont' remove the tail first but i should so I can use the tail as halibut bait.

@bedlam47 I so agree with you, it's so much better doing it outside. :) I give the chickens the bone part and they pick it clean of any fish, I also give them all the eggs from the females, they love 'em!

jeez people, all you scared of food poisoning, you need some food poisoning in your body so you wont suffer with so many allergies, i work in a restaurant, i do my best to work in sanitary conditions and serve good food, but due to the extreme health department requirements, every year i see more customers with problems, ALLERGY TO GLUTEN, NO NUTS, NO SEEDS NO SOY NO CORN, NO WHEAT, NO MSG, NO SALT, NO SUGAR, NO BUTTER, NO BEANS, NO PEPPER, AMG, SOME PEOPLE EVEN COME TO OUR RESTAU WITH LISTS
