LOL!!!! i've parked my car in alot of black neighborhoods and never been ripped off once. in fact all my friends who used to rip off cars were white. when i used to buy weed when i was younger, all my dealers were white. i don't even see why you would have your car to a black neighborhood anyways. for what point? so what? you park in the very worst part of the neighborhood to buy your crack, and wonder why all the "thugs" ripped off the white dude going in a crackhouse? are you rush limbaugh?
