Millennium Development Goals - Promo

Between the 6th and 8th of September 2001, 189 world leaders gathered in the legendary Millennium Summit to discuss the future of the United Nations in the 21st Century.
The outcome of this Meeting was set in 8 Goals:
1. Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger;
2. Achieve Universal Primary Education;
3. Promote Gender Equality and Empower Women;
4. Reduce Child Mortality;
5. Improve Maternal Health;
6. Combat HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other Diseases;
7. Ensure Environmental Sustainability;
8. Global Partnership for Development.

Starting in September 2011 until May 2012, the Cultural Triangle of Prespa will discuss, analyze and review what's been done so far and what's left to do. We count on the young people of Prespa to come and participate in the activities we have prepared.
