What about sites that do not allow special characters! Or even some banking sites that limit your password to a maximum of 5 or 8 characters in length?

How is this insecure? Choosing a question like "Who is your favorite actor?" is less secure in my opinion. As anyone can start guessing the names of actors. But favorite internet password! That's hard nut to crack. Sophos needs an energy drink.
