I agree, plus I think you have to jump higher. With one hand you can kinda lean into it, and get a bit of a stretch to the rim (that's why dunking with one hand is easier than with two). With a two-handed windmill, or any two-handed dunk you have to get both hands at the same level.

but 2 hand windmills are way harder then 1 hand windmills because you lose momentum and its harder to rotate the ball with 2 hands on it. try it on a low rim if you dont believe me!

I think 1 handed windmill is more difficult with a real basketball, because it is very difficult to circle full speed with the ball without loosing the grip in the process.

With two hands, you're kind of guaranteed not to loose grip. If I am doing it with a kid-size ball, of cuz it wouldn't matter.

2 handed windmills are harder to do. Try it even on smaller hoop if you can't do it on normal. They are really harder. But I agree with all other thing you said.

One hand is harder than two hands because you need to have more accuracy when hitting the rim. With two hand you have more control when slamming the ball. That's why many players use two hand and don't do perfect circle. Doing perfect circle with one hand means, you need 100% accuracy when slamming the ball.

Nique is all about power.

Carter can beat Nique by his 360's alone.

All of Nique's windmills are two-handed.

One hand Windmill is much harder because

it's much harder to "draw that full circle" in mid-air with one hand.

VC's windmills are picture-perfect. Nique's just all power.

Two handed is harder. He did a two handed 360 windmill dunk, which is even harder. Also, Dominique Wilkins,while far up on the list, is not as great of a dunker as Vince Carter. My opinion.
