This is a short video showing one if my favorite spots to gather the Whiptail herbs. Right now (just after 4.0.6) the spawn rates for herbs in Uldum is pretty insane.

@123hornygamer from a quick check on TheUndermineJournal website for my server it seems Twilight Jasmine is the most expensive. Check that site for your own server to see for yourself.
