First footage has been edited by the news paper, so you don't know everything that happens. Second you don't know what was said, whether the man spit at officers made threats, etc. I agree it appears the officers do mistreat this man but you are seeing this video from the eyes of a news paper who wants to make it blown up, sells more papers.
