It is hilarious that people believe that it was a real UFO. Wonder how they explain the alien reading poetry written on our mudball?

@zzapamiga Thank you for your reply. The 16 Days of Glory footage is already here on Youtube. Part 1 of their closing ceremony segment has the ID zJdmsbat6ko -- and part 2 has the ID 5SWk63xal5s . Additionally, user gerrit1251 has two clips of Dutch television's closing ceremony footage: KYHOOhYglFU and OKpmrEtQzRs I just asked him whether he has more footage. I'm almost certain that someone has the full ceremony but is still sitting on it. ;-)
Hi zzapamiga, referring to my question from a couple of months ago: Is there any chance you could upload also the rest of your LA 1984 closing ceremony footage? That would be fantastic.

I got this footage from ABC Sports Presents 1984 Summer Olympics Highlights. There is also the excellent series 16 Days of Glory series I & II which I also have (Neither of which showed the flying saucer). They all have only very limited closing ceremony footage. I have never seen the entire closing ceremony available.

Well... Actually I'd like to see all the footage you have. ;-) It's just because I've never seen the LA 1984 closing ceremony (apart from some selected clips which were posted here in the past).

@Great2C - I have never seen the closing ceremony available anywhere in its entirety. Unless someone has an old VHS recording from 1984.
