@TheJomogogo You're GaynGis PAWN. Man up and stand up for your rights not to be treated like someone else's PROPERTY. Damn SLAVE-lemming!!
-
@TheJomogogo um.....yeah, a spoiled child has no responsibility like you. Imagine yourself in Nazi Germany. First they make you register guns, then they order you to turn your guns in, then they order you to march into the trains, then they murder you in concentration camps. OBEY!!
-
@TheJomogogo yeah, next they will be setting up the BS stops to DISARM Americans...WAIT!!! They ALREADY did that in the KATRINA STATES!!! They stopped law abiders and STOLE and DESTROYED THEIR GUNS!!! HOLY SHITE!! You're moron!! You have NO conception of how the Police state is a slippery state to a road to Hell.

@kozzmo49 The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution states that: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” DUI checkpoints violate the 4th OR we have NO CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. Criminals run the USA

@kozzmo49 Washington Post, Federal Courts Says D.C. Police Checkpoints Were Unconstitutional: "It cannot be gainsaid that citizens have a right to drive upon the public streets of the District of Columbia or any other city absent a constitutionally sound reason for limiting their access," Chief Judge David B. Sentelle wrote for a three-judge panel. "It is apparent that appellants' constitutional rights are violated." This was in response to shootings in an area. You like DUI checkpoints? STFU.

i heard on several sites that the government took away our right to remain silent. has anyone else heard anything about that?
-
You are so right - keep standing up for all our rights. Thanks

@waggoneer Under the circumstances (with a car load of people) you probably did the right thing. If you are threatened with arrest and respond with "if you have that right and choose to do so I will not resist" or "I demand to see a commander or supervising officer" they probably will tell you to leave. The C.O. does not want to get involved when he knows that you are willing to go the distance.

The police are just doing their job. Cooperation on your part costs you nothing unless you're guilty, so what's your point? You'e absurd and you're obstructing justice by wasting their time with you're picayune complaints.

@JBC814 Cooperation on my part costs me my freedom, which I value more than anything in the mortal world.
