Rebuilding Relationships by Sheri Rose Shepherd

I love the way Nehemiah responds to the disgrace of God's people. "You know very well what trouble we are in. Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been destroyed by fire. Let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem and end this disgrace!" ~Nehemiah 2:17

There he was brokenhearted, and the truth is that Jerusalem's walls had been destroyed but he purposed his heart to rebuild and put an end to such an awful condition.Today, many of our relationships lie in ruins just like the walls of Jerusalem. Hearts are broken, friendships are fractured, families are divided and many of us feel alone and devastated by the brokenness around us.
