Beautiful story... but here in Brazil is dangerous to give money for homeless people because lots of them can use the money to buy drugs. When i see someone in the streets asking me for money, i give him food, but never money.

you are a funny man, I liked your short story!! thanks
in one of your videos, you said that it doesn't matter if one speaks English with the accent of a native speaker or not,as long as one is understood by others. I believe accent does matter in that the accent of a native speaker generates a respect and a love in other native speakers that are not felt when it's spoken with a non-native speaker's accent. An accent may or may not cause a feeling of kinship in others depending on both the speaker and the receiver

Sorry to correct you, but what I actually said was that there should be no pressure to speak English in any particular way. If a person chooses a certain accent then that is all well and good. My point is (and will always be) that if you can be clearly understood when speaking, then you do not have to knock yourself out trying to sound like another person...and believe me I have seen young students actually cry because they feel so frustrated over this dilemma.

The meaning of this story is to show that one kind action can have many good effects and sometimes a good action will be noticed by other people too. We have a proverb in English "One good turn deserves another", which means that being good and showing kindness can spread around and other people will follow it and also be kind. (Misterduncan)
