This AC3 was provided to me by an English viewer who streamcopied it from a firewire recording of the broadcast. It is therefore identical in quality to the original English TV broadcast itself, as it was neither re-encoded during the original off-air recording process, nor was it re-encoded during the excerpting process.

@jabaris - I updated the video's description with links. Check them out. AC3 may not play in your iPod, but you can always find a tool to convert it to MP3. In any case, the AC3 version is not only in stereo, but in surround.

avivagabriel, the melody associated with the "ubi caritas" text comes from Mediaeval times; probably somewhere between the 4th and 10th Centuries. It may even predate that. Durufle's harmonization of the melody is probably the most well-known. And I agree, Mealor's piece was hauntingly gorgeous, and in my thinking the high point of the entire service.
