  • @ccasto4 When referring to mindfulness she is actually referring to a type of meditation and a cognitive behavioural therapy. It is something I have been practicing over the past 6 months and for many people it can be life changing. There is a book called 'the compassionate mind' which is basically the 'mindfulness bible' if you want to know more.

  • Wow her last speech shows that she has really had so many experiences in life, ups and downs, and it's beautiful!

  • I cannot help it, but all those faces in the audience have kind of a dumb expression to them. Of course, Teri is a beautiful, charming woman and she says some really wise things here, but that's no reason to glare at her, like a lobotomy patient.

  • Leafblowers aren't illegal. The Mexicans using them are.

  • what's with the stupid music ugh

  • pleasant surprise, as I don't watch much TV series. Having watched this interview, I'd say she's too deep for the show.

  • That was a great watch! Thanks so much for uploading the whole episode! "Hired." - "Fired!" *lol* She has a great sense of humour!

  • I saw this when it first aired on Bravo, and I remember being taken aback by Teri's mindfulness quote. Since then, it has remained one of the most powerful statements I have ever heard, and it resonates with me still to this day. How true and right she is... embracing the moment, I think, can be the ultimate key to true discovery in our lives.

  • well i never new that teri was so deep

  • she's so beautiful in a corpse-bride-gentle-crazy sort of way..i thought she was beautiful before but after watching her talk it's kind of staggering how really beautiful she is, a great beauty
