Hey guys! Kobo reached out to us and let us know that the HELP screen, which is the one we had problems with at the beginning of the review where you need to click on the arrows will be fixed in a near-future firmware update. Since most of the device is interacted with by clicking on the left and right hand side of the touchscreen, they are editing it so instead of clicking on the arrows you would interact with the Help File the same way you do everything else.

why is the light bluish ???

Don't know, this is the way it looks with the brightness turned up to the max. You might want to check out nighttime reading tests, in pure darkness it has a more white glow

Ugh. The lack of a physical home button is *BAD*.  Given how many times it's rescued me when my Touch became unresponsive (it seemed to reset the screen sensitivity so I could click things again), not having a physical home button really does reduce my desire to buy the Glo. (and, as with the touch, I'm also not a fan of the lack of physical page turn buttons)

Peter and I, both really missed the home button too. The software version changes the positioning based on where you are. Incoming review in the next few hours.

I love my glo and it doesn't have blue light. It is perfect. Plus I've not once had trouble with screen being unresponsive. Battery life has lasted me weeks and I use my kobo loads. I love it and its on of the best purchases I've ever made.

I would assume so, it's like making a black iPad with a sleek feel, then the white iPad has the rubber.

Just ordered one today. Made a big mistake and ordered a kindle fire which I can't read outdoor in sunlight. Had to sell it on eBay. This looks perfect for me. I don't know why I bought the fire as I have an ipad and can't read on that as backlight gives me a headache. Great review you sold me.

It really depends. If you want to read in the dark, go with the Glo. If you would be fine with needing a light on while reading at all times, then I would go with the Touch.
