Big Black influence? Not just the drum machine either - the spoken word style vocals. For some reason I didn't pick up on this until just now. Awesome song regardless. Greg Ginn WAS Black Flag and his solo stuff should get more respect.

Love this song. Greg Ginn's solo stuff is underrated - hideously fucked up, angry stuff. He used to give away cutouts of his solo albums with larger SST orders. Someone needs to upload "Pig MF" too.

@niallist Yeah, he's a genius and I love his work too, but after reading about him in some book on Google (I'll give you the link, if you haven't read it) I have some doubts about his health, haha. He seems to be more normal and chill nowadays though, I think it was all the weed that made him so weird back in the day.
I e-mailed the SST store to see if I can talk with Greg and ask him about the drum machine, because I've been curious on how he got that sound myself. I'll keep you updated!

@niallist I think it's a drum machine like the other guy said, Greg was a real perfectionist back in the days and didn't like drummers because like Henry said "They had to take bathroom breaks"
So It was probably some drum machine doing that, because you know.. NO BATHROOM BREAKS!
