America is not one big hood, people! *Sigh* The american media portrays hip hop so poorly because the government frowns on hip hop because of what is born from and glorifies. There aren't always drugs, guns and bad people at all hip hop events (just like there ARE sometimes drugs, guns, and bad people at other music events) and though the dancing is usually overtly sexual, it doesn't mean the ladies r whores.

true hip hop is an art form. some people paint portraits, other people write The Blueprint or College Dropout. it's the american dream manifesting itself in a different way. Hip hop is where you put your beats and sometimes some good spoken word. the people in this vid r obviously inspired by that and embraces it for what it really is. but i guess it's hard to accept something when it's misunderstood or approached with closed minded-ness.

I love how the Info for the video says "No guns, drugs, or bad people" as if your average Hip-hop events specifically feature those three things.
Basically I'm saying that statement is retarded, other that that , nice video.
