oh yea and get his arms out further, his high point is at like 5 o clock and his low point at 11 o clock

he needs to stay on double support a little longer in my opinion. would keep his left foot from sliding

I can't put links here about he Portuguese boy, but he is 12Years Old, he had practice only for about 1 month when in competition in Portugal throw 3kg for 39,78, in warn up he reaches easly 45mt.

It was really interesting to see this 2 boys competing.

with 3kg his record is 41.53mt. Is this good?

In Portugal we have a 12 Years old kid throwing about 37,30 mt with 4kg.

I do not have too many references to see if it is good or not comparing with other international kids.

Can this Kind throw the 4kg up to 37.30mt and is it a good reference?
