S/PDIF output from PC straight into standard video sender video channel, and video channel on the receiver connected to S/PDIF input on amp. Deliberate interruption of the signal to show it knocking out the S/PDIF signal.
Ignore the butchered look of the video senders - they're about to be used for an audio link, originally just using the stereo analogue connections but this proof of concept is making me consider S/PDIF if I can test it reliable at long distances.
Seems OK at short distances, moving around near the senders will sometimes knock the signal off (this would be seen as sudden flashes on the video and clicks on the audio if the video senders were being used normally).
