hey i have an 81 5.0L caprice motor what oil pan do you use to put this in a 87 s10 4x4 truck i have a 4 inch body lift so lots of fire wall clearance, i am putting in a 88 s10 4.3L 5 spd std tranny with this can some help me

Uhm you will probably need more because the transmission is bigger.
And your axels are to weak, so you will need other axels too.

@stanbernadino what did it cost to build and how much did u get for it finished?
i have an 85 - the tranny slipping in 4th but I think it is because the vacuum hoses are on wrong - but it could just be the trans - anyway - - how much to do the swap and how much u sell it for?

@stanbernadino i got around to cleaning it out with some compressed air and adjusting it..it runs alot better now, nice truck btw

It's not easy, we had to put in a new radiator and cut into the firewall.

I have that same carb on my v8 s10, the autozone special. it gets trash stuck in it all the time.
